Beware,the internet is full of scams and claims that you can download music for free,most of this is just hype and salesman tactics to suck you in and then when you have joined for free you then realise to download music you will have to pay money.So take note,if any company ask you to join up 9 times out of 10 it will be a scam as they will slug you for a lot of money just to download only 1 song.Also be aware that when your looking on google search to find music to download there is a free section for the advertiser(the company) and a results section that has not payed to be at the top of the google rankings.The first 3 at the top,and all the ads that run down the right hand side of the page are paid to be there clearly meaning they have something to sell and have paid for there ad to be there so they will need to get money back for there music download.
